Your Responsibilities

  • Implementation of software components, including comprehensible documentation
  • Development of technical solutions in direct interaction with the system architects
  • Active participation in the agile development process
  • Technical contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of component and system tests using JUnit and Selenium

Your Profile

  • Degree in the field of computer science, information technology or a equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in software development
  • Know-how in the use of OSGi (Blueprint), Spring, JPA, Vaadin, Camel and JEE
  • Expertise in using Maven and distributed version control systems is required
  • Practical experience with REST/SOAP web services and its maintenance as well as with databases such as Oracle, H2, MSSQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Active application of design patterns and clean code principles as well as security in the complete toolchain (IntelliJ, Mercurial, CI systems)
  • Knowledge in requirements analysis and management is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and a structured and methodical approach 
  • Pronounced communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Fluent English and good German skills
