Your Responsibilities

  • Design, construction and configuration of CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensuring of fast and smooth deployments across all stages
  • Containerisation of modern web applications
  • Operating and monitoring in the DevOps environment
  • Implementation and further development of software components in Java
  • Active participation in the agile development process

Your Profile

  • Degree in computer science or a equivalent qualification
  • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and in the deployment of large software applications, preferably with Jenkins, GitLab or Bamboo
  • Experience in running applications on Kubernetes platforms, preferably OpenShift while using the ELK stack and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
  • Know-How in the versioning of software applications, preferably with Git
  • Knowledge of Java and the features of current versions, common technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, common frameworks such as Spring Boot and in the use of relational databases
  • Independent, self-responsible, structured and team-oriented working plus good communication skills
  • Fluent English and good German skills
